And I'm talking any kind...fun, inexpensive, trendy, right up to the more "serious" like gold, platinum and a few diamonds. Not that I have much, but I do okay. Either way, I am always looking for new ways to accessorize.
My sister recently invited me to a Stella & Dot Trunk Show at her friend's place and I happily went along after seeing so many gorgeous pieces on other blogs and to spend some time with her. I had never heard of Stella & Dot before now and I wanted to see what it was all about. I had a budget in mind, and I really wanted either a pair of earrings or a chunky ring.
I think my sister Denise was feeling really guilty about something (maybe all those years of taking my clothes) or just being extremely generous after landing her first official job because she kindly bought me one of each!
I didn't hesitate in placing my order. After all, who am I to question her charity?? Wendi the stylist said it would only take 3-5 days. On Friday my order came in and it just cheered me right up!
